Senior Java Real-Time Developer

Mandatory Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in real-time Java development, with a strong track record of delivering robust, high-performance solutions.

- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is required for effective communication within an international team. (Minimum B2)

- Solid experience with Github, JaCoCo Java Code Coverage

Highly Desirable Experience:

-Proven expertise in implementing solutions within the Caplin product.

-Solid experience with FIX protocol, including the design and implementation of FIX-based integrations.

Desirable Skills:

-Practical experience with Node.js, particularly in the context of financial or trading systems.

Additional Qualities:

-Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in fast-paced, mission-critical environments.

-Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

-Experience in the financial services sector, especially in FX or trading platforms, is a plus.
