Job Description
We are looking for a talented Product Data Analyst to join our Digital Channels team. This role focuses on leveraging data to inform and optimize product decisions, ensuring our web and app platforms deliver outstanding customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and a strong analytical background, helping the team with product discovery, business case development, A/B testing, and the continuous monitoring of key features through dashboards and reporting tools.
Key Responsabilities
User interaction Analysis: Analyze web and app usage data to uncover trends, user behavior, and opportunities for product improvement.
Product Discovery Support: Collaborate with Product Managers during the discovery phase by providing insights from data to identify customer needs and validate opportunities.
Business Case Development: Contribute to the development of business cases by providing data-driven insights and projections to evaluate potential product initiatives.
Success Metrics Definition: Partner with stakeholders to define and track key success metrics for new features and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
A/B Testing: Design, execute, and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses, measure impact, and optimize product performance.
Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dashboards for continuous monitoring of key features, ensuring stakeholders have real-time insights into performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and Marketing teams to ensure data-driven decision-making throughout the product lifecycle.
Tool Optimization: Act as a subject matter expert in Google Analytics 4, ensuring best practices are followed and providing training or guidance to team members as needed.
Requisitos mínimos
Profile
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a fintech, digital product, or SaaS environment.
Analytics Expertise: Strong hands-on experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and familiarity with other analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL and familiarity with Python or R for data analysis is a plus.
Data Storytelling: Ability to transform complex data into clear, actionable insights and present findings effectively to stakeholders.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical mindset with a focus on solving complex problems using data.
A/B Testing: Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests to evaluate product hypotheses and feature performance.
