COMUN - Senior M365 Engineering consultor

As Senior M365 Engineer you will be a key contributor in Online operations and functional related demands from Amadeus Business Units. This requires subject matter expertise in understanding & implementing technologies based on cloud-based solutions with Microsoft 365 & Azure infrastructure architecture

Principal requirements:

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, deploying and supporting M365 Cloud Collaboration environments or hybrid environments mixing cloud and on-premise architecture.
• Bachelor - or higher degree - in Computer Science / Engineering or equivalent.
• Intermediate level Technical Project Management
• Intermediate level of written and spoken English
• Strong user and customer service background.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self starter and highly motivated with a strong team spirit.
• Strong presentation and report/documentation/technical writing skills

Main deliverables, activities, and accountabilities:

• Resolution of Collaboration related incidents and service outages/degradations at L3 expert level that include escalating to and working with internal stakeholders or external suppliers to ensure a timely resolution.
• Providing scripts for enhancement of existing monitoring and reporting on performance, capacity and compliance as well as for follow up semi-automated processes for remediation of gaps
• Follow up on M365 integration demands covering compliance assessment and operational readiness
